Purchased the Cucusoft product from their email ad site: https://mail.google.com/mail/?hl=en&shva=1#search/cucusoft/130b340e8e59ef79. In their ad they state that the software will backup ALL files on the iPAD. Well it only backs up media files. I requested a refund and explained why the program was of no use to me. They told me that they do no refund since a trial version was available on their site. I then told them that I did not go to their site, but purchased it directly from the advertisement page that they sent to me through my email. No mention of a trial version on that page. Still no answer or refund from the company.
