sub:ATM cr Entry discrepancy.

Dear sir;
on 16/10/2008 ; i was trying to withdraw RS.2000/- From SBI ATM (JAMSHEDPUR) . But due to linl failure there was no withdrawal .I had tried it 2 times ;but there was no withdrawal.
An amount of Rs.2020 was DR & RS.2020 Was CR. but;
for second transaction Rs.2020 was DR & NO CR entry was done.

I wad already submitted a written complaint at AXIS BANK (Nagpur).

kindly look into the matter & pls CR RS.2020.
