Last night 05 November 2009, my partner and I went for dinner at Cuppachino’s Centurion Mall. Whiles enjoying my sangria, found a hard object in my mouth, to my shock it was a Chicken bone!!! I asked the waiter for my bill immediately as I was not planning on finding out what surprises will arise from main course. The waiter informed the manager on duty of the incident. The manager handed me the bill, with a half excuse of wanting to take the sangria from my bill. I declined the ‘kind’ gesture. Instead of apologising he rather found it fit to question where the bone could have come from as the bar is situated far from the kitchen. It was a shocking experience!

We have always found Cuppachino’s Woodhill a fantastic restaurant with amazing staff.
