vcr-casette recorder

bought recorder, used about 10 times. casette stuck will nor work. curtis co. web site dosn't work, people on phone lines don't speak english well enough to be understood. i'm on social security and am damn tired of being ripped on and receiving poor service. the chinese crap that you sell isn't worth a damn. i'll be sure and let consumer groups and everyone else know what i think. i'd deliver this in person; but my brand new chinese gps peice of junk from radio shack dosn't work either

customer service in-store

We purchased 19" LCD TV 12/08, began making strange noises & seemed to be 'stuck' between on & off. Called the store, gave a guy the model# & put me on hold 10 mins.)but was apologetic & said the model is no longer available so bring it in & we will upgrade it for you. My husband brought it to store (50+ miles away) and 2 different cashiers said will upgrade it, just need to get it signed by manager. Manager came by & said no upgrade and my husband explained the phone conversation. The manager(who ignored my husband's requests for his name) said will give credit for original amt but have to pay the difference even though that model was no longer available. The manager was rude, obnoxious, evasive and egotistical. We will never go back to HH Greg, buyers beware!
