unfair charges
I signed up a contract with custom built in october of 2008, I was never assigned a trainer for long because they were treated so badly that they would eitheR quit or fired at a moment's notice. My schedule kept getting messed-up so I sent a letter asking for my contract to be cancelled. I was told that I would have to pay either 10% of yhe contrat which was $90.00 or $ 250.00. In the midtime one of the trainers convinced me to sign up for a new contrat which would overide the old contract stating they had all new staff and the company's management is different. I agreeD to it and sign-up for a six months contract. During the 6 months I went through about five or six trainers, almost every month someone either leaves or gets fired. I chose to finish-up the contract anyway only to find out that now I was responsible for two contracts. All the managers and myself did everything we could to get the old contract cancelled with no success. I had to close my account to keep them from withrawing $190.00 every month from it. sixty days before the new contract ended I sent them a certified letter asking for the new contract to be cancelled but I received a letter telling me sorry they can't cancel any of my contracts. After the six months were over I had to close my bank account again to keep them from charging me unfairly. Now I am being charged $500.00 for the old contract and $155.00 for a contract which had expired.
Talking to them is like talking to walls, no one is interested in resolving the customers issues
ONCE YOU SIGN WITH THEM, THE WILL PUT YOU ON AUTOMATIC RENEWAL SO YOU CAN NEVER GET OUT OF THE CONTRACT WITHOUT OWING THEM MONEY AND HAVING THEM RUINING YOUR CREDIT.
