Brian was contracted to strip and stain our outdoor deck. He told us it would take a week to complete. He also asked for half of the money up front for expenses, which $500 was given to him by check. Brian was contacted numerous times, and worked a total of 10 hours in 3 weeks. He then never returned any of our phone calls, or ever showed up to work again after that. We were lied to and felt cheated. Brian has left us with a half-finished mess and the summer is half over. We don't want anyone else to encounter the same situation by ever using Brian for home improvement work.
