This company keep saying that this benefit for hospital and doctors would be very easy to use. Just use the id card at the doctors or hospital and they would call and get an ok and then you would pay a $20.00 Or a $25.00 Dollar payment and they would pay the rest. But when I received the package of info for the benefits there was not any thing to say that was what needed to be paid.

Called today and found out that they would pay 30% of the bill and I would pay the biggest portion of the bill.

So I decided to cancel the program. I was told to call back next month when the premium would be due. I said no!! I want this done now. "Ok" she said and the program was cancelled. I wanted a copy of the cancellation and wad told the company did not send them out. "Ok" I said, give me the cancellation # from the computer. We don't have any to give you that is something the company dose.

With all of this in mind, I contacted my bank and was advised to put a stop payment on the first payment and a one time fee and a stop payment for any other payment that would be taken out of my checking account.

I hope that someone else will not come to the same misstake that I did. The reason for me to do this was to save money on any high medical bills.
