A few months ago I ordered this item from CustomerStatus (cost $64.85). The item was immediately put on back order. One month ago, I received a letter asking if I wanted to continue waiting. I replied that I did want to continue waiting. Last week my account was debited again and the following day the amount was credited back to my account so that nothing shows on my statement. At the same time the order seems to have been canceled - any query on their web site return "no order known'. The original debit has expired off my bank statement. I could retrieve the information but is it worth it?
