I was trying to subscribe to filefortune.com for $4.87 one time fee. The website says the limited time offer expires tonight at midnight but the date changes everyday. It also says that I will recieve a "free" trial subscription to megaflixpass.com which I did not want. When I agreed to pay $4.87 the screen never said how much it was charging. My first email reciept was from megaflixpass.com and said they were charging me $4.87 for 3 days and $89.73 for every 30 days unless/until cancelled. then I got a reciept from filefortune.com for another $4.87. I cancelled megaflixpass.com immediately and got a cancellation confirmation 15 minutes after my original reciept. I then checked my bank account and it had been charged $4.87+$4.87+$89.73. All of the websites say to contact customersupporthelp.com with any issues at 1-888-532-1682 and it says average wait time is anywhere from 6-9 minutes and after 5 min, 25 sec. they say due to the unusually high call volume we are unable to take your call at this time. Please visit our website www.customersupporthelp.com and someone will respond within 24 hours. I have sent the same report every day for a week and spent many hours on the phone. they are thieves and there is no one at the phone or emails.
