Ordered an NHL Jersey and when they confirmed the ship date - over 3 weeks out - I told them that I would be gone by the time it would get to me. They wouldn't refund the full amount and withheld $42.00 because they said they had to pay for a "name" kit. Don't know how they were able to source a name kit and pay for it in the few hours that had elapsed. Anyway, I tried to call them - no answer, no return call. I tried to email them to ask them to at least send me the name kit they were charging me for but they had blocked me from sending them email on their AOL server. Nice guys. I'm out $42 but a little wiser. Stay away from these crooks!
