We canceled our AUTO-RENEWAL on prescription drugs to protect against credit card fraud. Two months after canceling this service with CVS-CAREMARK, we were called three times attempting to sell us one of the drugs we have not bought in the past 60-90 days that was automatically delivered via mail and under their "auto renew" program. They would have just ignored our cancelation and sent the prescription, but lucky us, we had fraud on our credit card and had the card number changed. We had to tell them 3 times to quit calling us. Their CYA is to send out a letter stating we canceled our prescription. We never seem to have these problems with independent pharmacies. Lesson Learned.
