I visited your Pharmacy located in Wildwood, NJ and submitted my prescription for Viagra. The pharmacist informed me in public with loud voice that my insurance only approves Levitra because Viagra is a "pleasure drug for recreation". It seems that she is unprofessional with her communication skills as well as ignorant by not recognizing that this drug is indicated for Erectile Dysfunction. Please educate and train your professional staff appropriately as well as training them on the repercusion of the HIPAA law violations.
