Money scam
I turned in photo cartridges to be processes and put onto a CD. When I received my product I found there was only about 20 photographs and I accepted this because the cartridges were old. What shocked me was the price: $35!. This was for 20 photographs and 3 CDs. Each CD cost $6. At the most the megabytes of the photos was only 60 mb. Why didn't they put all the photos on one CD? I was charged $18 for the CDs and $17 for the processing. This is a an unbelievable charge for only 20 photographs. I will never go to this CVS store again and will take my business to the Walgreens down the street.

not opening for over 2 hours past the open time
On July6th i believe i went to cvs to use the money gram services as it was an emergency that i send my brother some money because he was stuck and had to be to work!!! I arrived ten minutes early (6:50am) so i was sure to have the money sent by 7:00am. There was a store manager i believe who was there before i even got there. It Was 7:00am At this time and i asked him what time they are going to open the store. He then said they opened at 7am and that the girl forgot her keys.More customers began to show also eager to get into the store on there way to work. Even The Pepsi guy was waiting to drop his delivery!!! Its Now &:45am and she still isnt there!! My Brother is to be to work at 7:30am so now "HE"S" late for work. I watched as customers came and gone because they to had to be to work. "very unhappy people i must add" I myself wasnt scheduled to work until 9:00am so i figured i had plenty of time. still waiting and its now 8:00am now im getting Really upset and eager to get into the store... so was the manager that was waiting. i guess the head manager was on vacation. And the mananger told me i could call or go online to make my complaint. He was VERY nice and aplogized numerous times!! now it pushing 8:45am and this is something that had to be done "send money using moneyGram" and there wasnt any other place in walking distance. so i asked the manager what time cvs opened on Farmington ave. he replied. so i told him id be back that i aslo have to pick up a RX. WITH a BROKEN toe i walked to farmington ave and did the moneygram, by this time its already past 9:30. So i Returned to Cvs On Blv. st. and they STILL were not open!!! this is NOT the 1st Time i have went to this store and they were late opening... "I am VERY UPSET with this matter!!! combinded with the hours my brother lost and the hours i lost we lost OVER $72.00... That is money that we could have used ya know? plus we had to explain why we were late for work!!! I wanted to send in a complaint because if i didnt you wouldnt know whats going on!!! I am a VERY loyal customer i must go to your BLVD. street store Atleast 5 days per week!!! and i usually get there at 6:55am so im sure to be there when they open. I now wonder will the store be open when i arrive or sould i go out of my way and way 15-20 minutes out of my way.. please respond to hoteahlb@yahoo if something is to be said!!! thank you, a VERY unsatisfied customer" "for the very 1st time" (860)816-0420 i also wanted to state i arrived at Blvd. street and she was actually still working there which i was taken back by.

THI manager of store 1815
I was a customer today at store number 1815 in gainesville, florida. I am extremely upset with the individual i dealt with who happened to be an appointed manager at the time that i was there. His name is THI i didn't catch the last name. I was dealing with getting a moneygram order refunded from earlier in the day. I went back to the store and this person was very rude and he did not work with me on gaining my money back which was a substantial amount. I would like someone to please contact me so i could furthur discuss this issue...my phone number is 3522156128. thanks so much.

Bad services
I have been a customer of CVS stores for many years now, have never had a complaint. In fact I was probably considered a “fan” of CVS.
Unfortunately, I am not so sure now. Today (A Sunday) I went to a local CVS in my neighborhood. (Store #3601; 11936 Foresthill Blvd, Wellington, FL 33414)
I went today to purchase a $170.00 money order. The CVS clerk ask me my State ID and then I asked 'why do you need my State ID, this is only $170?'
he replied 'If you complaint about this, you should not come to CVS, you have go to different store!' he was very rude and bad attitude. I was very very mad!!!
So I ask is this by law or by CVS rules... After review of money rules the only thing I find is if I was getting a money order for over $3, 000.00 State ID would be needed. If a person is giving you cash why the HECK do you need a ID?
CVS has very very bad service!

poor consumer service
Went there this morning - only one person on staff, 2 phone calls waiting, one customer in front of me with about 20 items in addition to what she wanted to pay for. I decided I would go back in the afternoon. Went back, 5 minutes til 5pm. Two persons in front of me, so I decided to get a couple of items in the pharmacy area. Went back at 3 minutes after 5pm. The staff at the register (there were now three staff member in the pharmacy at 5pm) said, "we close at 5". I replied, "you have got to be kidding me - I came back this afternoon b/c you were understaffed this morning, and I was here this afternoon not more than 5 minutes ago, went to get another item, and I come back just have you tell me that I am too late - unbelievable!" Response - "well, sorry - ". So, I went to the front cashier to pay for my son's breathing strips and told the cashier that this is the last time I would be coming here. She asked me if I had my extra-care card, to which I responded, "it really doesn't matter if I'm not coming back, does it?" To which she asked me what the matter was. I told her the aforementioned, and she says - "sorry". My question is this, why bother even asking me what the problem is, if you have absolutely no intention of dealing with it? I am a health care professional with many patients in this area. I may have really needed that medication, but no one asked me who I was and what I was trying to pick up. Bottom line - I will discourge all of my patients from coming to this CVS, as I am also a patient, and do not want other patients to walk away from a pharmacy feeling like it is just another retail outlet. It was obviously more important that they close out their tils, so they could leave, than to care for a patient - good bye CVS.

Pharmacy not having medications
On three different occassions I was told that the pharmacy did not have my prescription in stock. May 25 and June 25 CVS did not have my prescripton for Ovocon 50 (birth control pills) in stock, even through this prescription is on ready fill and has been at this pharmacy for over 1 year. Now today, July 1, I am told that they would have to order my prescription for Vyvanse which once again is a prescription that I get there every month for over a year. When complaining, the pharmacy manager said she could call other stores and of course I would have to go over and pick it up. Why should I be inconvened when its NOT my fault they screwed up. I don't want to hear excuses well I am new or I was on vacation. NO EXCUSE, do your job! If I don't do my job, I'll get fired. I have decided to bring my prescriptions back to Walgreens and do business there. I knew I should have stayed away from CVS when they gave me the wrong prescription many years ago after I was discharged from the hospital ER with a head injury.

Customer Service
This store ..# 2555.. Is AMAZING!! My complaint IS NOT against the employees or the store itself...actually my complaint is against the women (I have to say women because I have not seen any men do so) that completely clear the shelves and then try to use coupons in a wrong way AND they take up the line for hours on end. This particular CVS has really terrific management and employees, they are ALWAYS courteous and helpful and I hate to see them treated so poorly. Some of these women actually yell at them and call corporate headquarters with complaints about absolutely nothing.. well because THEY are not getting away with what ever scam they are trying to pull. They not only do this at our CVS, but they also do it at Walgreens, Rite-Aid and the closest Publix and any other store that does not bend their rules to accommodate them. It is sad that these women are so mean and rude and greedy and they feel they are OWED every last item on that shelf, but there are those of us out here that just want to save a few dollars for our family.. not rob manufacturers. I needed to say this because it is a HUGE issue in our town now...they even teach classes to behave in this manner :( sad.

unhuman
i am a cvs customer for years even before savon became cvs. In cvs i have seen the worst inhuman treatment for the workers. the managers in the wilshire store scream and harassment their employees verbally in front of their customers. i am asking as a humanitarian to please send Human Resource to investigate why managers are mistreating their employers like garbage.
stop calling them idiots, stop embarrassing them, stop the abuse.

unfair managers
I am having a problem with my Manager not standing up to our Shift A supervisor. The Shift A runs everything in our store... it is getting to the point that this Shift A is starting to try to get me in trouble for things that i have not done. This chick is 5 years younger than i am. I have been with the company now for 8 months and i still have not had any training.. all the training i have tought myself..

rude staff
I just had one of the rudest customer service experience (cvs store #714) in a very long time. I had made the mistake of scanning a coupon that wouldn't work on sale items at the self-checkout that immediately locked up. The self-check-out attendant (#0028843?) pushed me aside and claimed that she doesn't see the coupon in the slot. She then just walked away without a word to me to the other cashier at the register who finally came over after 5 minutes and got the coupon out for me but started to walk away with the check-out still locked. I mentioned this before she reluctantly told me to go over to the register counter to be rung up by the first staff member (a cranky old lady who never smiles). She started to ring up my purchases and even told me to push an item an inch to her. She gave me my receipt without a "thank you" or even a word. I asked her for a bag for my big items and she grudgedly got a large bag and put one of my lage item in a bad before throwing it down on the counter. She did the same to my second large item and still didn't say a word to me or even hand me my bags. She only gave me a scowl.
I try not to patronize this store too often because the people there are always mean. If I must shop at a cvs, I prefer to go to the ones in Porter or Davis Square. From now on, I will shop at Rite Aide or Walgreens if I ever need something close to my house. CVS store #714 = FAIL!
