Medicare Fraud
Yes, I would like to put in a complaint about the CVS Pharmacy Store 1614 located at 651 Carey Ave Wilkes-Barre, Pa. I am disabled since 1997, due to a industrial accident. I have Workers Compensation and Medicare. Two of my prescriptions are suppose to be paid by my Workers Compensation, instead they were being charged to Medicare, and I was being charged a co payment for the past couple of years. I went to the pharmacy and was told that there records doesn't show any Workers Compensation information. I called the CVS main office and was told they have my Workers Compensation records. Express Scripts, which is the Workers Compensation was paying for the scripts until about 2 years ago, then CVS started charging Medicare, and charging me a co-payment, which I should never have been charged. I would like to know how to report CVS for Medicare fraud.
My name is:

Item advertised
On or about Nov. 1, 2009 an ad came out for plates, cups, etc. to have a picture printed on them for $19.95. Since my Mother had just passed away, I thought a plate would be nice to have with her picture on it and if it turned out good, I would have 4 others made for my siblings. I went to the store noted above and gave them the picture, paid for the plate and was told it would be about 2 weeks before it was ready. I thought this would make a nice Christmas present. After not hearing anything after about 3 weeks, I went to the store to check. I was told that they could not do the plate there and it had to be sent to a nearby store in Lancaster, SC and they would call. After about 3 more weeks, I went again. This time, the manager tried to call the Lancaster, SC store and was told they did not have anything for the Chester store. My plate, picture is lost. I think I should be refunded the money as well as given a plate with my Mother's picture on it, if it is ever found. I will never do this again. What a let down and during one of the hardest times in my life. I would appreciate anything that can be done.

rude customer service
I have been a customer of CVS located in Walker, LA (225) 665-4580 for years and up until tonight have not had any problems with customer service.
I had two Rx's, one for nasal spray w/no copay and the other for Tamiflu with an $84.54 copay. I called and told the person on the phone that I would send my neice to pick up the nasal spray and I would pick up the tamiflu later. My neice cam home with the tamiflu and a reciept that had NO COPAY- I called to let them know about the error and the person who gave it to her became very defensive. When I told her was she needed to be more careful because a less honest person might have not brought the RX back. She became rude and talked over me saying it was my neices fault, she should have check, etc. My neice had never picked up from there for me prior so she didn't know that the pkg should look like and told the person at the window (name: Sarah, the pharmacist Mr Ronnie Brown told me he didn't know her last name because he was subbing there...I asked him to ASK. He didn't. My husband took it back and exchanged it for the one I had asked for in the beginning.
My husband and I fill many many Rx there and when I told Mr Brown all I wanted was an apology from HER, only then did he say he was sorry. It was not sincere. Unless I get an apology for her disrespectful and rude behaviour I will transfer all my business to the new Walgreens right across the street from CVS
I have the reciept as proof.
Thank you

Pharmacy tech claimed insurance refused to cover meds
This evening, I went to my local CVS, where I've been going for YEARS!! Anyway, I'm in the car with my parents and we're in the drive-thru Pharmacy lane for 20 minutes. An Asian tech kept telling us that my insurance refused to pay for my medication. If anyone has experiences like this, please respond. Also, as I am leaving CVS, anyone that has hada experience(s) with Walgreen's, please respond.
Thx!

Price Scams
This location repeatedly marks sale items with description and price. When the item does not ring up correctly they tell you the sign is wrong. The employees become very rude and refuse to call a manager if you ask for one. Even when you can match an item # and description they claim there is nothing they can do to make the adjustment.

Worst customer service
We have a problem with CVS too. We neede the prescription and we were supposed to pick it up on Wednesday aroung 21 p.m. but it is Thursday 9:oo p.m. and after repeated calls and a visit to the CVS, we are unable to get our prescription. Any time we call CVS, we get the response that the doctor has not called in for the prescription. We spoke to doctor 4 times and they told us that they have already ordered the prescription. When we talked to the pharmacy, they were very rude about it.
I don't know in this competitive world, how CVS can grow and survive with this kind of pure customer service. CVS should take dramatic steps and improve their customer service and their equipments.

Did not disclose no refund/exchange
I purchased a Verizon "pay by use" phone and the CVS clerk recommended I purchase phone minutes for it so I puchased a $50 phone card. As this was a present for my 80 year old uncle, when I returned home and read the instructions, I felt this phone would be to complicated for him to use, so the same day I returned the phone but was told the $50 phone card I purchased with it was not refundable or exchangeable. I was not told that by the cashier clerk at the time of purchase. I strongly feel that the cashier clerk should have let me know at the time of purchase that there would be no refund if I wanted to return the item.
