I took a disposable camera into the store to be processed, I was told that the machine was down and so it would take some extra days for processing; I had no problem with that because I was in no hurry for the pictures. When I was called because the film was ready to be picked up, I went into the store to get it. When I got to the store I was told that none of the pictures had turned out and that because they hadn't turned out I wouldn't be charged. Did they really think that I would pay for pictures that all came out black in the first place but it was like the fellow was giving me a break because my film had been ruined by them. The pictures were very important to me as they were mostly pictures of the baby shower for my first great-grandson and they can never be retaken. I feel that they are responsible and should have at least made some effort to make amends for distroying my film.
