I received a text-message telling me about a value-combo, which I didn't order, and they charged me 9.99 and they charged it to my wireless bill. and I have no idea how they did it. I talked to 3 live advisors and asked them what services are they providing for me, since they say I ordered it, and all they could say is there's no refund. I have my own provider, why would I order anything from them, and all they would saY IS NO REFUND, I even asked to speak to their superior, and that was a no. They were very rude, He said if I didn't want to talk to him then I should hang-up. I'm really upset about this, I want to know what can I do to get my money back. I may even try the Better Business Bereau. Thank You.
