I purchased Cyber Defender last night after seeing several ads on TV about MyCleanPC.com. I went there and was rerouted to Cyber Defenders sit. I down loaded is and ran it. Found 233 errors. To fix the errors I had to but the license code. I did this. Figured I would give it a try. After having to talk to a tech to get the software to run, it reported fixing the errors. I ran it again 20 minutes later. You guested it! It found 233 more errors. Again it "fixed" the errors. I left my PC until this morning. I ran it again just for grins and giggles. 33 more errors, with the PC not in use. It reported fixing those also. After calling then to get a refund as their guaranty states, this was a joke. They are sending me a VISA gift card instead of refunding my credit card. I also talked to a "manager". She was no better than the Ryan Agent 39 I had previously talked to. Both tried to blame a spy-ware on my PC for the trouble. I just wanted to get my refund. I was told after I get the refund (VISA card) I could continue to use the software. I told "Marian" the manager, I would not waste my time using their piece of junk. After removing it. I ran my PC Medic. It found 8946 errors and repairs them. after running it again it found "no" errors. Buy it if you want, but I will not waste my time or money on Cyber Defenders.
