On December 4th, 2007 I ordered Dean Martin Roast DVD set. On December 6th, $69.99 was withdrawn from my account to a "cyberbit.com". I wrote several times and they kept telling me a new date the DVDs would arrive. My post office told me the set was delivered to Naples, Florida, and they would resend. Now I can't even get a hold of them for a refund. Is there anything I can do? My order number was 921182.
