I placed an order with CyberMoon.com on 2-1-07. I have called 2 XS and never received a call back and emailed them 4'XS with one email generating that their computers were down on 3-9-07. Still to this date no product delivered. I have asked them to credit my card back and cancel my order... no word as of yet to what they will do for me. Who can I contact to gain some help for this type of problem? Please help. Thank You, Francine Conti
