I purchased a cyclone media player on the 1st April and was told 3-5 days delivery - I emailed them on the 10th April asking what was the hold up, they replied that they were at the mercy of Royal Mail.. I've tried ringing back today & their sales number keeps diverting to a mobile phone, no one will return my emails - they are NOT a legitimate company!
