I ordered the trial of Cylapril; they charged my Mastercard $11.80 on 5-27-09. When the product came, I had changed my mind so I immediately returned the UNOPENED pkg clearly marked "return to sender, cancel". Not long after that, I received a second pkg; they charged my Mastercard $54.95 on 6-11-09. Again, I immediately returned the pkg UNOPENED & even more clearly marked. Today I checked my credit card acct and find that both of these charges are still unrefunded. I also find another charge of $61.90 as of 6-27-09 but I have not received a third pkg. I have tried & tried & tried to call the number they list as a customer service number (1-888-772-8170) during the hours they list - you either get a recording that says they are closed & to call back during regular business hours or the line is continually busy! These people are THIEVES!! I do not know what else to do other than go thru the hassle of closing that credit card acct and getting a new number to stop them! I want my $128.65 back! I am a widow, I work hard to make ends meet - I know they don't care at all but I am very very angry!!! If you can help at all or give me any insight on how to get a refund I am open to any and all suggestions! These THIEVES need to be put out of business & punished IMMEDIATELY!!!
