This charge came from no where. I finally obtained a customer service number 1-866-895-8697, which I called and apparently they will refund my money via mail.

I just got of the phone with them so I will update if in fact they sent out my refund. They claim I registered online for a weather service, of which I have no clue what they are talking about.

However the rep whos name is Kelly seemed friendly and helpful. Again we will see in a few weeks if and when I receive a check in the mail for $9.99.
