Delivery dates are lies! Ordered a love seat which was supposed to be shipped by Dec 5th at the latest. This was the estimate I was given at purchase or I would NOT have purchased it. It is now Dec 10th and I have not received ANY shipping information. I called to check on this two days ago, and this operator assured me I should get an email by the end of day on the 9th. I did not receive any emails. I have already been charged for this expensive item. Now I must consider whether to cancel the order entirely, which I am sure Cymax will turn into a nightmare, such that I will have to challenge the charge through my cc. I am expecting a baby in less than a month and I do not have the mental energy for this kind of nonsense. Horrible company! Beware!
