I was bringing my mother up to live with me moving from her Florida home. We stopped at Holiday Inn & Express in Valdosta, GA. Very nice hotel and the front clerk that evening was very pleasant. My mother who was 82 fell in the bathroom hurting her knee, lower back and arm. When we checked out the next morning, I let them know what had happened on the room card you turn into the front desk. The girl read it and thanked me. I received an email a few days later saying how sorry they were to hear that she had fallen and that someone would contact me within 48 hours. But in the meantime, they asked PriorityClub to give me 5, 000 extra points. Who cares about the points! My mother was hurt and bruised. All they cared about was if we would come back and stay with them again. I never received a call either! In fact, I replied to the email sent and it came back undeliverable. That's a nice howdy doody.
