Stay away from this location!!! We purchased a vent-free gas log fireplace unit on a Sat. The price was good and the salesman was ok. On Sun (less than 24 hours later), we tried to cancel the purchase due to an emergency, but were told cancellations incurred at least a 20% cancellation fee. After discussing this with the "manager, " we had no luck in getting the charge dropped. We're out a chunk of money and will never do business with this location again.
