First time ordering pizza from D's Pizzeria. Found a coupon so decided to give it a try. Placed order without a problem and was told it would be delivered in 30 minutes. After an hour and 15 minutes had gone by, we called to see where our pizza was. We were rudely told "your pizza just came out of the oven". When we told them that we were told it was going to take a half hour the response was "oh well". We asked if there would be some kind of discount/money taken off since we were now going to be waiting at least an hour and a half after placing the order and were immediately hung up on. We called back and said "Can we speak with your manager?" and got immediately hung up on again. The third time, the lady that answered (who had been answering previously) stated that she was the manager and the owner(!!) and hung up again. After calling back again we were told that the police were going to be called for us harrassing them. All this because we had called to ask where our pizza was that was supposed to be delivered 45 minutes prior to the time we called! Unbelievable!! I don't understand how they are still in business with that kind of service!
