This scam involves local "high school/college students"
selling magazine subscriptions for some fake cause. They are pocketing the money and you will never get magazines. Don't give them money -- especially checks. I got duped for $63 myself

enter in your local area on the website, then there is a tab for filing a complaint. You won't get your money back, but at least we can make sure that their company gets shut down. Thats payback enough I think
