Absolutely ridicules! Shipping is extremely slow; Customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with. Installation instructions were not in the box instead they were emailed to you, I still have yet to receive the email with the installation instructions and I have had the item for 4 days. Called customer service, they either don't answer the phone or they tell me they will email it to me with in 5 minutes. I still don't have the instructions to install my item. Absolutely worthless, Buyer Beware!!!
