rude employees and wrong orders
Almost every time my husband and I visit this establishment, we get rude employees and the wrong order. Most of the time when we go there, the employees are talking amongst themselves or their friends outside the window that is not taking customers orders. One day when I went there, there were four employess talking to each other, not paying attention that there were customers at the window waiting to place orders. One of the employees looked at me then turned away to finish her conversation . So I finally said " excuse me, does anybody work here?" She finally said 'what do you want" with an attitude. I gave her my order and when I got home, once again, it was wrong. There is also a very tall, brunette female employee that works there that is constantly rude to my husband. He went there last night to order our usual, and he noticed that she didn't put the nuts in the Blizzard that he asked for and made mention of that and she said "I know what I am doing" and dumped a scoopfull of nuts on the top of it, not mixed in it like normal. And when he was given the sundae he ordered, he said to her, I ordered a large sundae and this looks smaller than the small I usually order, and she said "I know how to make them and this is all your getting". The icecream didn't even fill 3 quarters of the cup. She has been so rude to my husband so often that if she is the next employee to fill an order he will tell the next person in line to go ahead of him so he doesn't have to be waited on by her. Unfortunately when he went there last night, there were no other customers behind him and she was the one who waited on him. He was so upset by her once again, he said that he will never go there again. I have tried calling the store quite a few times to complain, but am always told that there is no manager there to speak to me. How sad it is that with employees like these, it is driving the customers away. Pretty soon there will be no customers for those rude employees to be waiting on. If I treated the customers where I work, half as bad as the treatment we get from there, I would be fired in a heartbeat. I feel like I can't get any satisfaction from my complaint because I can never get ahold of the manager. I just wish I could get the owners name and number so I could complain to that person. I wonder how many other customers they have lost because of their employees. No more customer loyalty here, I am taking my business elsewhere. Love the ice cream, hate the so called "customer service".

Ice Cream Not Frozen
I have been going to dairy queen for years, ever since a kid, i just had my birthday and bought and ice cream cake from there and it was awesome no complaints there.

Well me and my mom went Saturday Sept 13, 2008 around 8:30 PM, they were of course busy since they had new people in there, i waited in line for 15 minutes to be served, i was using a birthday coupon for 1 160z blizzard and 1 160z blizzard free. i ordered:

1 Choc Cherry Love
1 Strawberry Cheesequake

Well i waited another 15 minutes for those blizzards, other people were getting there food before i was, well when i finally got my blizzards they didn't look right, they looked a little soft.

well i went on my way and in the course of 3 minutes driving home my blizzards went from semi soft consistency to a liquid milkshake, i ended up drinking my blizzard and so did my mom, this was by far the worst blizzard i have ever had.

I dunno what Dairy Queen does to train there employees but these people in there have had no formal training because the ice cream is super soft and horrible, i just don't think i will be back to dairy queen in a long time until they either train there employees, or clean up there act, like its a blizzard and that was a waste of money, i didn't have time to complain in the store cause there were 25 people behind me and they were waiting too. i think i should get coupons to replace the blizzards or something but yea.

PROBLEM WITH MANAGER
HI, MY NAME IS TAMMY AND MY SISTER AND I WENT TO DAIRY QUEEN IN CORTLAND, OHIO AND THERE WAS A SOMETHING IN MY ICECREAM AND VERY NASTY, WHEN YOU THINK ABOUT IT, SO WE CALL THE STORE AND THE ONLY THING THEY SAID WAS BRING IT BACK TO THE STORE.AND WANTED ME TO BRING IT BACK. THEN THE STORE MANGER, THERE CALLED MY SISTER BACK AND SAID THAT SHE LIED TO THEM ABOUT IT AFTER A COUPLE HOURS LIKE GIVE ME A BREAK PLEASE.I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THAT STORE BECAUSE THAT DONT EVEN CARE ABOUT WHAT WAS IN MY FOOD. AND THE MANGER WAS MAKING MY SISTER VERY MAD AND DISRESPECTLFUL TO HER AND I GOT REALLY MAD THEN AND, THE FACT THEY DID NOT FIX THE PROBLEM AND VERY RUDE.AND HE TRIED TO SAY THERE WAS NO WAY BECAUSE OF A CAMERA THERE. SO I WOULD LIKE YOU TO EMAIL ME BACK PLEASE.

Rude manager/employees
A friend and I went through the drive through of Dairy Queen in Wilmar, MN. After waiting for about five minutes, we finally were attended to. First, I ordered a plain cheesecake blizzard the employee was confused and asked if i had ordered a banana cheesecake blizard. I replied, no plain cheesecake. She then replied, is that all. I then said no and ordered another plain cheesecake blizard with brownie. We pulled up to the window, paid-the total was $6.83. She was obviously still confused as she came back to the window a second time. We explained to her that by plain we meant no strawberries! Five minutes later, a different employee came to the window with our blizzards. One Strawberry Cheeseake and one Strawberry with brownie. I looked over to my friend and before i said a word, she acknowledged that she had made the wrong blizards. We watched them discuss the situation as she returned to the group of four other employees. We waited another five minutes and a older man came to the window, we assumed he was the manager. Before asking us what happened, he accused us of being confused and confusing his workers. He did not hear our order and treated like small children. He told us to take the Strawberry blizards and leave. He would not give us a refund.After arguing with him for five mintues, I was so upset i just drove away. At this point it was not the icecream i was upset about-it was the service!!! We pulled into the parking lot to discuss what should be done. We decided to return to the drive through and ask to be treated as normal customers and just reorder. We were told to wait one moment. The man we had preveiously encountered stormed out of the back door to approach us at our car. He told us to drive up to the window so there would be no confussion about "strawberries, cheesecake, bananas, or brownies". We told him we would like to be treated like anyother costumer and we would like to reorder. He replied in a rude manor " Well thanks for the business". We Drove up to the window again to pay for the same order-we paid $7.28! A different price than the first time! We are submitting this not because of the wrong order but because of how digusted we were with how we were treated!

cleaniness & lack of ice cream
While visiting the Dairy Queen in Wellston, Ohio on 08-18-08, they were out of vanilla ice cream. I don't know for how long they had been out. I can't imagine running out of ice cream at a Dairy Queen. This store also has the dirtiest windows I have ever seen in a food business. This is a constant problem. The employees also don't have sanitary
habits. On this date. I don't think they even knew we were in and out after reading the sign stating they were out of vanilla ice cream. We won't eat any food products at this Dairy Queen, because of the problems mentioned.We have always liked the Dairy Queen products and this is the closest one to us.

RAW HAMBURGER
TODAY I STOPPED AT DAIRYQUEEN RESTAURANT AT THE WILLOWBROOK MALL LOCATION. IT TOOK ABOUT 15 MINUTES TO GET OUR MEAL AND ON THE SECOND BITE OF MY ULTIMATE BURGER I NOTICED THAT THE MEAT WAS BADLY UNDERCOOKED. I RETURNED THE BURGER AND ASKED FOR A REFUND. THEY RELUCTANTLY REFUNDED MY MONEY WITH A SIMPLE "SORRY" . THEY DIDN'T BOTHER TO OFFER ME ANOTHER PRODUCT TO REPLACE THE UNDER COOKED ONE. I RETURNED TO MY SEAT TO FINISH MY POP AND FRIES WHEN THE COUPLE SITTING NEAR US ALSO NOTICED THEIR BURGER WAS UNDER COOKED. THIS IS A DANGEROUS PRACTICE FOR A RESTAURANT TO CONTINUE DOING ESPECIALLY WITH GROUND BEEF. I TRIED TO FIND A CONTACT NUMBER ON DAIRY QUEEN'S WEB SITE BUT HAD NO SUCCESS FINDING ONE. WHAT DO THEY HAVE TO HIDE?

scamming
When I was at Dairy Queen the other day I asked an employee how much money would be donated to the Children's Miracle Network if I purchased a blizzard. They did not have an answer for me. Also, the Dairy Queen did not have any signs promoting the sale for the children like I have seen before. I do not think that the money is going to the kids.

slow service
On July27, my mother-in-law, a friend and I were traveling and stopped at the Dairy Queen in Town Creek, Al. The employees acted as though they didn't want to wait on us and they were in no hurry to get the orders out. There was one out front and two in the back and they all acted as though they had other things to do, like talking! They just stopped what they were doing and starting talking to each other. I was not the only unhappy customer. My friend got her order and was almost done with it before we got ours. Will never stop there again!

tv commercial
I want to know why, when you advertise something on TV, why the Dairy Queens do not adhere to the ad.

We went to our local Dairy Queen to purchase two of the Peanut Buster Parfaits that you are advertising on TV. When we got there, we were told by the "kids" working there that the manager did not want to go along with the ad.

I think when a company advertises something then all of it's franchises should adhere to the advertisement. This is not the first time this has happened at this Dairy Queen.

Needless to say, we left without buying anything. Besides, where was the manager?????? Nothing but young kids in there.
Perhaps that is why service is sometimes very slow.

I hope that this problem can be corrected because we do like Dairy Queen products.

Incomplete Orders
The past few times I have purchased orders at Dairy Queen they have been incomplete or just completely wrong. Today I ordered a Chili/Frito Cheese Burger, got home, and there were no fritos.
