RE: Order #13866 for first pair of shoes, and second order on 3/9/09
Problem: insufficient refund

On 2/28/09 I purchased on the phone by credit card a pair of shoes for $69.95 from Dance Shoes 4 U in Las Vegas and received the shoes on 3/7/09. They were too large (9.5) I ordered another pair of the same style on 3/9/09 (size 9) from Joe on the telephone. I returned the first pair of shoes on 3/9/09. The second pair was too small and immediately returned. My credit card was charged a total of $139.90 for two pairs of shoes. Eventually I was refunded on my credit card (after telephone requests) the insufficient amount of $102.92. The return charge of 15% is $10.49.

The outcome is that I have been charged the amount of $36.98 on my credit card that was not refunded. I also paid out of pocket an additional $5.85 per pair of shoes to mail them back. So I am out $36.98 plus 2 time $5.85 ($11.70) for a total of $47.68.

As a result of these transactions I have paid out $47.68 and have no shoes to show for it. I have talked to Joe on the phone 4 times and he has promised to call back, contact the billing office and have them call me and he never calls back and the business office never calls. (714-435-01390)

Refund request: $26.49
$36.98 minus $10.49 (15% return charge for an exchange of same style shoe) means a refund of equals $26.49.
P.S. Dance Shoes 4 U shipping is included in the $69.95.I paid the return postage out of pocket ($11.70 total -- 2 x $5.85).

Please refund the money upon receipt of this letter (for exchange of size and return of shoes ($26.49)
