Purchased online from Daniel Green a pair of slippers. They were too narrow for the person I bought them for. I returned them [paying for postage]. Had not heard from them, so sent email asking if they rec'd them. Just got email saying yes they have rec'd them but will return them as they "have been worn". They were only worn on carpet for just a few minutes to get the "feel" of the shoes. Their customer service seemed great until this message. If you are thinking of buying online, be aware of returning items. I know they have many loyal followers, but please be aware of return policy. Also be aware their slippers do NOT have much padding in sole & the Lily style I ordered seemed to be for persons who only wanted slippers for "show" as they are very delicate.
