I am a Personal trainer/online based in Denham who specialises in body transformations for the over 30s. I work with these individuals to achieve their body goals using a sustainable & healthy approach. In terms of how I offer my services I specialise in Mobile PT sessions so I come to a location that suits my clients whether it be in their home or a park nearby. However if the client doesn't fancy this their is the option to train at a private gym that I use which is located in Denham UB9. Moreover I also offer services remotely via my 1-1 online coaching which allows the client to have more flexibility for when they train whilst still getting the personal trainer experience.
