My complaint is ..
This guy is pursuing a lawsuit against me to try and collect from a debt (I guess he bought) that I have with a cc. The company that I supposedly owe the money to, has "charged off" the debt and closed the account ..
GOOD RIDINS, TO HORRIBLE RUBBISH .. didnt hurt my feelings a bit!
For several Years, I paid and I paid on this debt, until I was damn near blue in the face and the balance just wouldn't go down then, the unemployment came when I lost my job several years ago, and have had to head south on paying ANY bills, other then bare necessaties, mortgage, electric, water, sewer, food, gas, etc, etc.
LOOK AROUND .. I am not the only one unemployed
