Daniel Properties will approve anyone for a home, as long as you sign up for their "credit repair" service of which they have you to apply for credit cards to build credit and pay a monthly fee. The option fee is quite steep and after discovering they acquired the home under a foreclosure, the price of the house was far overpriced, had plumbing and mold issues (discovered after a rain storm leaked into the basement we pulled back the carpet and found black mold), electrical issues. Additionally the home was told to be 8 years old, it in fact was 15 years old and sat for who knows how long. They never repainted or cleaned the home for move in. They are quite shady and the homes are in disrepair and overpriced...Stay away, unless you need a moldy fixer upper for a steep price.
