I was shopping in the Dairy Department yesterday and could not find the 2# carton of Dannon Greek Vanilla Yogurt 003663202754 which I had purchased on June 2. There was a young woman in the department arranging other products and I ask her if she worked in this department. She was chatting with another female employee. She replied yes, I ask her if she would check in the back and see if there was anymore of the yogurt in the back. She informed me that the store did not carry the product and I was wrong! I again explained to her that I had purchased it last week and she was defenesive and told me I was wrong. Finally the other woman and I showed her that it was carried by the store ( tag on the case). She told me to just keep checking back in and never said she was sorry for her attitude. Her department boss is Perry and I did not get her name. I was so discussed as I have not received that kind of treatment from any other store employee. They go out of their way to help. She needs to be a better employee and not be visiting with other employees in front of customers. I came home and found my tally for June 2 as I keep all my purchases. I would appreciate a response to this complaint. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.
