My ex and I have been in court regarding custody for 8 years now! I gave him, his atty, my atty and our 7 year old son's atty notice 60 days in advance of my vacation with our son starting March 21. The father is stating he didn't receive notice, nothing new with him, his middle name is drama and he and his girlfriend have no life. Are custody arrangement consist of no contact between parents Only by email. And exchanges to only take place at our son's school and on holidays at Walnut Creek Police Station. Last Friday, my ex's girlfriend who is 55 years of age comes to my neighborhood as my son is outside with friends playing and tells my son that his mother(me)lied to him and to get into her car and go to daddys. he refuses and comes home to tell me. The Danville police state this is NOT an attempted kidnapping! Hello!! wake up cops!!! I would have gone outside and my son would have been gone! Of course the Sgt on duty, March 25 without hearing any type of custody arrangement agreed with this officer that apparently has no children and no clue!!! I hate Danville!!! and I am moving ASAP!
