i called and asked if they could give me a half a tank of fuel and that the burner had to be reset . i said to the lady . is there a extra charge for that . she said, no it comes with your service. so the guy came out, i was on a buisness call, he handed me a piece of paper to sign. i signed it and he left. I called back because the oil burner wasn't starting and i told the lady that he was supposed to restart it and she said, " i'll send someone back out there tomorrow for 145.00. " i said, " oh no uh uh, it was supposed to be included. she was so rude to me . i couldn't even believe that i was talking to a buisness. i asked her if i could speak to the manager or owner and she said that wasn't possible. so, i had to pay anoughter company 189.00 on top of the 300. i had already spent and go 4 days without heat with a 5 year old.
