On Saturday, Aug. 2nd I order a dartbaord from this company. On the website it stated that the item was in stock and would be shipped the next business day. On Thursday, Aug. 7th, I called to check the status of the order because I was told that I would receive a shipping confirmation when the item was shipped, which I never received. The rep. that took the call said that I would have to call back in 24 hours because he had no idea where my dartboard was. I asked to talk to a supervisor and was told the same thing by him, call back at in 24 hours. I called back on Friday, Aug. 8th and was told that the dartboard had not been shipped but they couldn't tell me why. I told them to cancel the order and the supervisor told me that I would receive an e-mail about the cancellation and would have a credit to my credit card within 5 business days. At 9:35 pm on Aug. 8th, I received an e-mail that my dartboard was shipped and the expected delivery date was Friday, Aug. 8th!!!
On Tuesday, Aug. 19th, I called again because I did not receive the dartboard or the credit card credit and again, I was told that they had no idea what happened but I would receive an e-mail on my cancellation and would receive the credit to my credit card account in 5 business days.

If you don't need this type of aggravation, I would stay clear of this company!!! They really don't know what they are doing.
