Found myself in a pickle with a failed SSD and multiple failed backups.

I've built several computers and have 2 hard-drive recovery programs that I've successfully used in the past. Neither worked. This drive was not recognized at all.

I called a few other places in town and they all seemed a little sketchy. One wanted $800 for a same-day diagnosis and a couple of others clearly had fake reviews.

Data Analyzers had a free diagnostic or a $150 rush fee to look at our drive and, within 3 hours, they determined it could be recovered. I have to say the price for next-day recovery was very tough to hear. There are 4 numbers and there is a 3 in it. They were not that far off from other local companies though for next-day. There are places that would do it for $800 but I did not have 10 days.

The tech, David, promised they would have it done by noon the next day and that, if they could not recover it, I would not have to pay.

Next day at noon, I had all of my files in perfect condition.

This service isn't cheap but these people did exactly what they said they would and they did it on-time.

I really hope I never have to see this place again but, if you do, they'll fix your problem.
