Data Distribution Bureau has sent me two notices within the past couple of weeks asking that I confirm my eligibility for a prize of $3, 054, 263.00 by returning a form with my signature, claimant confirmation code #50062879095, and a processing fee of $20.00. I believe this is a scam.
