I have served for more than 15 months in a company called as Data Group Inc, its based in NewJersey USA, and a branch in Hyderabad, I was working in Hyderabad, they have not paid me my commissions and also did not give me relieving letter and also form16A. I have given them 1 month notice to quit, and they accepted to relieve me and settle my account.
