I purchaes a lot of stuff from this company. The quality of the parts have been good and their prices are the best I've seen. My only complaint I've had is that I had to reutrn a defective CDROM drive and was forced to pay the return shipping cost as well as the shipping cost for the replacement part. This happened because they sent me a replacement prior to recieving the defective part and never credited my cad for the shipping. They also sent me and OEM Celeron in place of a Retail Box version. Their answer to this was that Intel no longer sold that particular version in the Retail Box and they would warranty it for the 3 year period since they charged me the Retail Box price. Unfortunatly, it looks as though they may have gone out of business as their web site is no longer valid. There goes my warranty!
