I was solicited by this company! I am a Florida resident and I am current on my high interest mortgage. I received a pre-recorded message from this company and I am on the do not call list. I pressed 1 for curiosity and a smooth talking salesperson tried to persuade me to stop paying my mortgage and that would enable him to get me a 2-5% interest rate on my loan. He than told me I would be charged 3, 000 dollars for this service but since I would not be making a mortgage payment in approx. 3 months it was a bargain. I have been in the mortgage business for 10 years so fortunately I was not fooled by this elaborate scam. All homeowners beware of such profiteers.
