I have received 3 to 4 pre-recorded calls each day for the past week from a Dave Smith claiming that he has a 'personal business matter to discuss' with me, and that for 'resolution' I should call 800-507-8403. I registered with the national Do Not Call registry two years ago, so there's no reason why this guy's calls should be coming to me.

What can I do to get this guy slapped on the wrist and get these calls stopped?
