Mr David Atkins is the owner of Atkins international, a export-import freight fowarder company http://www.exportexpert.com/clients.shtml Last month we needed a frieght services to transport merchandise from L.A. To Lima Perú. I asked for several quotes from different companies. Mr. Atkins offered me a very competitive quote, a lot cheaper than the other providers. Mr. Atkins asked for $500 transfer just to secure the freight. Once we sent the money, he told us that the quote he made was wrong, he presented us another quote that much higher than any of the previous quotes we received before. We told them we were not going to use his services and we asked him to return the money we sent to him. Innitially he agreed on returning the $500 dollars, he event told us in one email that he had given instructions to his bank to wire the money to us. But it was all a lie. He never returned the money and now he changed his mind about it. I believe this guy is in the business of getting advances from naive clients like ourselves, then he keeps the advances or charge them with a very expensive quote for his services. It seems that he event doesnt have license to do this work.
