Purchased a bridesmaid dress for my daughter at David's Bridal in Eau Claire, Wisconsin. They measured her etc. and the dress that was tried on looked like it had plenty of room etc. The dress that arrived was too small but she was told that it was the one she ordered(they measured her and ordered it) and they altered it besides for of course the extra big bucks, which they make loads of money on. Finally, talking to them they said bring it in and for another 60.00 they would see it they could do something to make it bigger. After questioning them they indicated that the dress was a 32 top with a 26 waist. My daughter is a 34-35 with a 27 waist. They said it was our fault and would not do anything to rectify the situation. The wedding is next week and my daughter, the maid of honor, might not even be in my oldest daughter's wedding. What a bad business David's Bridal is and no one should shop there.
