I bought a wedding gown in david's bridal 82nd street indianapolis, indiana... but i don't like the way they explained about their policy... the manager is yelling sayin that there's no returns and exchange... but i ask her in a nice way but she act like an animal... it's easy to answer in a nice way... but seems like she didn't go to school at all... no discipline... that's not fair to the customers... how can they sell if they are very rude to their customers... i will never buy to a david's bridal anymore. i don't like their service.
