It's all a big scam they'll get you to send them money for the development on your idea Then they'll keep increasing the amount every month or so wanting more money after awhile when you cant' send them any more money they'll claim your file to be inactive. When you become suspicious of the way they conduct bussiness and do some research on them you'll find that they have ripped off and scamed lots of people out of there hard earned money and life savings.
