It is now 2 weeks that I'm struggling to get my chronic medicine and the excuses are just getting more. I have heard now everything from fax not received, Fax received 3 times but not processed, we are busy with it, It is in process, must have been delivered already will look into it ext ... When you call you are put through from one person to the next till you find someone that knows how the system work and that is if you are not cut off along the way!!! I ended up in hospital because of the medicine I needed just to pay out of my own pocked again, and still waiting for my last claim of almost a year ago the chances of receiving that money back is slim! I do not know what else to do !!!
