While staying at the Daytona Beach Ocean Walk Village, I was robbed of several items from my room, which only myself and my Husband had access to, other than the Hotel staff, (Housekeeping). The first thing I noticed missing while packing for checkout, was a pair of shoes. I then noticed a pair of shorts, THAT I BOUGHT IN HAWAII, ON MY HONEYMOON!, missing from my laundry. The other problems that we had with housekeeping, if you want to call it that, is the fact that they kept putting our dirt cups and glasses back for us to use. Even after complaining to the front desk of this problem, it continued. We also marked our bath towels to see if they were being refolded and put back as clean ones. THEY WERE! This was the most disgusting Hotel that I have ever stayed in, and I have stayed in quite a few. My husband and I travel often and will NEVER stay at this Hotel again. It is hard telling what else is missing from my dirty clothes that I haven't even figured out yet. It seems to me that the Hilton Hotel Chain needs to do a little "house cleaning" of their own at this particular Hotel.
